Luxe (2201/22 Surf Parade, Broadbeach, Sierra Grande)

Luxe was conceived to blend a unique, homely feel with the allure of a luxurious holiday destination. The interior selections draw inspiration from coastal European cities, known for their elegance and charm. The design brief focused on achieving “a romantic luxury apartment full renovation,” which was recently completed in Broadbeach. Our aim was to create a space that exudes both comfort and sophistication, providing a perfect retreat for residents. The result is a stunning transformation that beautifully marries cozy, home-like elements with high-end, luxurious finishes, offering an unparalleled living experience.
